When choosing cardboard box sizes, it’s important to consider the weight and dimensions of the items to be stored.

The heavier and more fragile the item, the smaller and more durable the box should be.

Cardboard box dimensions

Cardboard box sizes are always quoted as length x width x height.

These measurements reflect the interior dimensions of the box.

When multiplied together, the total represents the approximate volume of the box.

As an example, our stock 4 cardboard box has dimensions of 300 mm x 230 mm x 300 mm.

It has volume capacity of 21 litres.

Single-wall cardboard box sizes

Single-wall cardboard boxes are constructed with one layer of fluting glued between two single sheets of paper.

They’re the most cost-effective cardboard boxes in our range.

The boxes are rigid and strong enough to handle weights of up to 10 kg.

Available sizes Dimensions Description

Double-wall cardboard box sizes

Double-wall cardboard boxes consist of two layers of corrugation or fluting.

They provide extra cushioning for stored items.

They’re strong, durable and crush-proof when stacked.

Double-wall cardboard boxes can handle weights of around 18 kg.
